The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Pristina Airport. The staff was exceptional. they offered a packed breakfast upon check-in since I had an early departure. The room was very comfortable with great amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I found the mattress a bit too hard for my liking, which affected my sleep quality. Minor noise from aircraft was noticeable, but with the few flights, it wasn’t bothersome. Wi-Fi was a little slow during peak times, which made it inconvenient when I wanted to catch up on some work. The restaurant staff showed warmth and efficiency, making the dining experience pleasant.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the airport, making it easy to get in and out. I appreciated the availability of a bar/snack bar on-site, perfect for grabbing a quick bite after a long day.

There were quite a few drawbacks. The room had poor maintenance with a card holder barely attached to the wall and a faulty kettle setup. It felt cramped, especially with a shower cabinet that seemed more like a phone booth than a proper shower space. The air conditioning didn't seem to work as it should, making for an uncomfortable night. I found the TV limited, with barely any English channels and poor signal on most available options. Breakfast was also a letdown, with cold options and not much variety to choose from.

The staff were absolutely lekker! They even sorted me out with a to-go coffee for my early flight, which was just so thoughtful. Room was spacious and had a nice view. The brekkie they offered was really good even though I had to ask for a packed one. Super comfy vibes!

This hotel is a gem for travelers! With its prime location next to the airport, free shuttle service, and a 24/7 restaurant, it ensures a stress-free stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making it easy to unwind before or after a flight. Plus, the staff were exceptionally accommodating, packing a breakfast for my early departure!

Staying at Best Western was a delightful experience! The staff, particularly Hana at the reception, made me feel incredibly welcome. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the comfortable single room. The proximity to the airport was unbeatable, and the free shuttle service added great value. Plus, the 24/7 restaurant was perfect for a midnight snack.

I had an amazing stay with friendly and attentive service. Hana even prepared me a to-go coffee for my early flight! The lounge area was a nice touch, and I loved being able to relax in the TV room whenever I wanted. The only downside was the free airport shuttle might take a bit longer than expected, but it didn't dampen my experience at all. 😊
